Welcome to our Atomic Scale Practice Challenge! The rules are simple:

Practice a new major key and relative minor each week.
Log your practice time on scales and other repertoire.
Play your scales for your teacher or coach, in person or video text.
Write in the comment section your progress for the week.

Then reap the rewards of getting to know the musical atoms that make up almost everything we perform, whether in solo, chamber or orchestral repertoire. Top prize is getting to pick orchestra repertoire for next season. Every participant that finishes will get practice challenge swag.

The Atomic Scales Challenge starts Monday, January 12th and runs 12 weeks (12 keys!) and finishes Sunday, April 5th.
